Ordering of Items

Status of Items
Pre-Order: Items on hand are currently sold. However, you are still welcome to email us your orders and we will do a pre-order for you!
Sold: Item is already being paid for and sold. However you can still email us and we will try our very best to get the items for you!
Exchange Policy
Goods sold are non-refundable. In events of item defects, exchange must be done with 7 days from purchase.

HOW TO ORDER?
By Post
For delivery of items by post, payment (POSB fund transfer or UOB fund transfer) must be made within 2 working days after ordering.
Else ordered goods will be given to the next customer on our waiting list.

We will reply to your email within 24 hrs, and a comfirmation will be given before payment.
All information would be kept private and confidential.
POSTAGE FEE
Free normal postage for every item in the shop except bag. Please note that in times of lost mail, we will refund half of the payment make.
For Bags: $2 for one bag. Excess will be returned. Postage fee gets cheaper as you order more.
For registered mail(send to your doorstep), there is an additional of S$2.20 on top of the normal postage fee.
Items will be mailed out everyday before 5pm before post man comes otherwise it will be the next working day.
By Meetup
We can meet up at any mrt station.
For meetup, kindly inform us of the time and the location and we will make the arrangements.
Payment can be made by cash or atm transfer, before or on the spot.
